About Crediton

Crediton is a rural locality in the Mackay Region, approximately 96 kilometres west of Mackay in the Pioneer Valley hinterland near the Eungella Range. The area encompasses sugarcane farming, cattle grazing and tropical horticulture, with surrounding state forest featuring lush rainforest remnants and eucalypt woodland, and lies close to Eungella National Park and the Broken River, famous for reliable platypus sightings.
