About Cape Gloucester
Cape Gloucester is a remote coastal locality in the Whitsunday Region of north Queensland, about 40 kilometres north of Proserpine. It overlooks the Gloucester Passage and Edgecumbe Bay, with parts of Dryander National Park in the east and south. The area is known for its unspoilt beaches, whale watching between June and September, and access to fishing, snorkelling and boating in the Whitsunday Islands.
