About Ironbark (Qld)
Ironbark is a rural locality in the City of Ipswich, Queensland, Australia, located 14 kilometres north-west of the Ipswich CBD. Named after the ironbark eucalypts found in the area, it is bounded by the Brisbane Valley and Warrego Highways. The locality features semi-rural acreage properties and is the site of the Borallon Training and Correctional Centre.
