About Haigslea
Haigslea is a rural locality split between the City of Ipswich and the Somerset Region in south-east Queensland, situated approximately 40 kilometres west of the Brisbane central business district. The area is characterised by grazing land, horse properties and rural residential development on the low hills and valleys west of Ipswich. Haigslea sits within the broader Western Corridor growth area, with the landscape transitioning from semi-rural to rural as it extends towards the Brisbane Valley.
