About Tregony
Tregony is a rural locality in the Southern Downs Region of Queensland, one of the major gateways to the Darling Downs from the Queensland coast. Its eastern part rises into the Main Range National Park on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range, where Gap Creek begins its westward flow. The Cunningham Highway crosses the range at Cunningham's Gap on the eastern boundary, and the heritage-listed Spicers Gap Road runs through the locality.
