About Pinelands (Qld)
Pinelands is a small rural locality in the Darling Downs region of Queensland, positioned on the New England Highway between Crows Nest and Yarraman in the Toowoomba Region. The landscape features rolling hills, open farmland and patches of eucalypt woodland suited to mixed farming and grazing. The estate was first auctioned in the 1890s, and the area retains a quiet semi-rural character with Crows Nest serving as the nearest service town.
