About Mount Darry
Mount Darry is a rural locality in the Toowoomba Region of Queensland, with land used for crop growing and grazing on native vegetation. Mount Darry Provisional School, opened in 1899, was renamed Zahley in 1915 and Kilbirnie in 1925 before closing in 1961. The neighbourhood of Brigalow Park, just east of the locality's centre, had its own school from 1910 until 1962.
