Brookstead is a small rural town in the Toowoomba Region of Queensland, situated along the Gore Highway approximately 60 kilometres south-west of Toowoomba. In the heart of the Darling Downs, the area features grain silos and broad-acre cropping of sorghum, corn and wheat.
