About Rhydding

Rhydding is a sparsely settled rural locality in the Central Highlands Region of Queensland, about 69 kilometres west-south-west of Moura on the Mitchell Grass Downs. The Dawson Highway forms the northern boundary and the Fitzroy Developmental Road joins it within the locality, making it a key road junction in the region. Multiple creeks flow south-to-north through the black soil plains as tributaries of the Dawson River, supporting beef cattle grazing on native pastures.
