About Hamilton Creek
Hamilton Creek is a small rural locality in the Rockhampton Region of Central Queensland, situated along the Burnett Highway on grassland and cleared pastoral land. The community is centred on cattle grazing and cropping, with a history of rural settlement dating back to at least 1908. The town of Banana lies approximately 20 kilometres to the north, while Rockhampton provides major services around 100 kilometres to the south-east.
