About East Feluga
East Feluga is a rural locality in the Cassowary Coast Region of tropical North Queensland, approximately 11 kilometres north-east of Tully. The area is bounded to the east by the Walter Hall Range and is predominantly used for sugarcane farming, with a cane tramway network transporting harvested cane to the Tully sugar mill. The locality lies within one of Australia's highest rainfall regions.
