About Deeral

Deeral is a small rural and coastal town in the Cairns Region, about 44 kilometres south-south-east of Cairns. The economy centres on sugarcane farming, and the Bruce Highway and North Coast railway line pass through the town. The locality is adjacent to Wooroonooran National Park and the Bellenden Ker Range.
