About Collett Creek
Collett Creek is a sparsely populated rural locality in the Coomalie area of the Northern Territory, roughly 45 km south of Darwin. The locality takes its name from the stream Collett Creek, named in 1870 after Bob Collett, a teamster on one of Goyder's survey teams at Port Darwin.
