About Miller

Miller is a suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, situated 38 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district within the City of Liverpool. Established in 1965, it is named after Peter Miller, an early landholder in the Green Valley area. The suburb was part of the Green Valley housing estate developed between 1961 and 1965, during which topsoil was removed and transported elsewhere, exposing the underlying clay. Miller Central serves as the main commercial hub, housing major retailers and specialty shops.
