About The Ponds

The Ponds is a suburb in western Sydney, New South Wales, about 40 kilometres north-west of the central business district in the Blacktown local government area. It is named after the waterways that run through it, including Second Ponds Creek. The suburb was created in 2007 as a master-planned greenfield estate, designed around ponds, parklands and public art along the creek.
