About Melonba
Melonba is a suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, located 51 kilometres north-west of the CBD in the Blacktown local government area. Approved in September 2020 and gazetted in November 2020, its name comes from a Darug word for a local wattle species. It is part of the North West Growth Corridor and has undergone rapid residential development on land formerly part of Marsden Park.
