About Windermere Park
Windermere Park is a suburb of the City of Lake Macquarie in New South Wales, located on a peninsula east of Morisset on the western shore of Lake Macquarie. Named after England's largest lake, the area was first subdivided as the Windermere Park Estate in 1924 and is now a quiet residential suburb surrounded by Bonnells Bay and Brightwaters on Awabakal traditional lands, with lakefront access and proximity to the Lake Macquarie State Conservation Area.
