About Loomberah
Loomberah is a rural locality in the New England and North West region of New South Wales, situated approximately 20 kilometres south-east of Tamworth. The area is characterised by open pastoral land used for cattle and sheep grazing, and falls within the Tamworth Regional Council area. The parish of Loomberah was gazetted in the nineteenth century as part of the broader Peel Valley settlement district, and the locality retains its quiet agricultural character today.
