About Keera
Keera is a historic locality on the upper Gwydir River in the New England region of New South Wales, established in 1837 when British settlers established cattle stations. Located about 20 kilometres south-east of Bingara, it sits at the confluence of the Gwydir River and Keera Creek among rugged grazing country.
