About Daysdale
Daysdale is a small locality in the Riverina region of southern New South Wales, in the Federation Council area about 42 kilometres north of Corowa, on Coreen Creek. It was established in the 1870s, with a post office that opened in 1876 and a school from 1883, and grew into a village with hotels, a bank and a police station. The surrounding country is used for dryland cropping and sheep grazing, and the town retains historical signage telling its story.
