About Upper Rouchel
Upper Rouchel is a small rural locality in the Upper Hunter Valley, south-east of Scone in New South Wales. The landscape is classic Upper Hunter country — open grazing land flanked by ranges, with cattle stations, sheep properties, and horse studs spread across the Rouchel Brook valley. Scone, known as the horse capital of Australia, is the nearest service town about 30 kilometres away.
