About Boambee
Boambee is a suburb in the city of Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Boambee is west of Sawtell on the Pacific Highway, which divides it from Boambee East. The Boambee State Forest lies to the north-west. James Newport established the first sugar mill in the region here in 1882, and Boambee railway station operated from 1917 to 1946.
