About Yullundry

Yullundry is a rural locality in the Cabonne Shire of the Central West in New South Wales, located about 261 kilometres from Sydney between Yeoval and Cumnock. The landscape features broad agricultural land typical of the rural Central West, with a history of settlement including a school, shop, and railway station on the now-closed Molong-Dubbo railway line that operated from 1925 to 1974. The Yullundry church still stands as the last remaining public building from the locality's earlier era, with the post office having opened in 1873 and most remnants destroyed in a fire in the late 1970s.
