About Waldegrave

Waldegrave is a rural locality in the Central West region of New South Wales, located about 25 kilometres southwest of Orange and 206 kilometres from Sydney in the Cabonne local government area. Covering rolling agricultural land and grazing properties within the broader Cadia Valley, the area sits in the immediate vicinity of the Cadia gold-copper mine, one of Australia's largest underground mining operations operated by Newmont. The landscape features broad agricultural country typical of the Central Tablelands.
