About Tullibigeal

Tullibigeal is a small farming community in the Central West region of New South Wales, about 70 kilometres north of Condobolin. The Aboriginal name means "yarran wooden spears", a reference to native acacia species in the area. Settled after the First World War on subdivided station land, the town supports sheep and cattle farming and grain cropping. Tullibigeal was originally a Cobb and Co stagecoach change station and retains a strong Australian Rules football culture.
