About Kingsdale
Kingsdale is a rural locality about 7 km north of Goulburn, in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. It grew out of the subdivision of a Macarthur family pastoral property in the late 1880s and flourished around its lime industry, at one point the second-largest lime-producing centre in the state. Kingsdale Public School operated from 1885 to 1948.
