About Bannaby

Bannaby is a rural locality in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, in Upper Lachlan Shire, between Taralga and the Wollondilly River. The district was settled by the Hillas family from the 1820s, and is home to the heritage-listed Hillasmount homestead and the St Matthew's Anglican Church, built in 1898. Grazing country, it borders the Tarlo River National Park.
