About Malyalling

Malyalling is a small rural locality in the Shire of Wickepin in Western Australia's Wheat Belt, used for broadacre cropping and sheep farming. It is named for Malyalling Rock, beside which the Bergin family took up their selection in 1903; their homestead served as the district's mail receiving depot and social centre. Sites of an early school and sporting ground remain in the locality.
