About Kondut

Kondut is a small town in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, about 205 kilometres north-north-east of Perth in the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu. Originally a railway siding on the Dowerin to Mullewa line constructed in 1913, the townsite was gazetted in 1917 and the surrounding area produces wheat and cereal crops as a Cooperative Bulk Handling receival site.
