About East Lyons River
East Lyons River is a pastoral locality in the Upper Gascoyne region of Western Australia, home to the historic Lyons River Station. The station homestead, built of stone quarried locally and set north of Gascoyne Junction, commands panoramic views to the Kennedy Ranges in the west and the Lyons River in the east, and stands as early evidence of the pastoral industry's establishment in the Gascoyne district.
