About Purnululu
Purnululu National Park is a World Heritage Site in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia, located approximately 300 kilometres (190 mi) south of Kununurra. Inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2003, the park protects the Bungle Bungle Range, renowned for its banded, beehive-shaped sandstone domes and dramatic gorges.
