About Meda

Meda is a locality in the West Kimberley region of Western Australia, about 40 km east of Derby. It contains Meda Station, a pastoral lease between the Meda and Lennard Rivers that was established before 1883 and now operates as a Brahman cattle station. The area is characterised by open grassy plains and timbered country within the tropical monsoon climate zone.
