About Cloverdale
Cloverdale is a residential suburb 10 km east of Perth's CBD in the City of Belmont. Established in 1954, it is bounded by Tonkin Highway, Leach Highway and Abernethy Road, and serves as the civic and commercial heart of Belmont, housing the Belmont Forum shopping centre, the Ruth Faulkner Public Library and council offices. Perth Airport sits immediately to the east and the Kewdale industrial precinct lies to the south.
