About Muntham

Muntham is a small rural locality in western Victoria, named after a pastoral run established by the Henty family in 1837. Edward Henty, an early European settler in the region, made the 57,000-acre station his home, breeding Merino sheep and Durham cattle. The area remains primarily agricultural, with open farmland and a quiet countryside setting near Casterton.
