About Minjah
Minjah is a small rural locality in the Western District of Victoria, about 30 kilometres north of Warrnambool in the Moyne Shire. The area is known for the historic Minjah Homestead, a grand bluestone mansion built in 1870 for prominent pastoralist Joseph Ware to a design by Warrnambool architect Andrew Kerr. Dairy farming and cropping are the dominant enterprises on the rich volcanic plains.
