About Mepunga
Mepunga is a rural locality on the volcanic plains of south-west Victoria, in the Shire of Moyne about 23 kilometres south-east of Warrnambool. The farming district is given over to sheep and cattle grazing and cropping, and a Uniting Church is a local landmark. The area lies on the traditional lands of the Eastern Maar people.
