About Swanwater
Swanwater is a rural district in north-western Victoria, about 18 km north-west of St Arnaud. Named after a pastoral run taken up in 1841, it developed as cereal and fat-lamb farming country, centred on the railway stopping place and grain silos on the former St Arnaud–Donald line.
