About Happy Valley (Swan Hill - Vic.)
Happy Valley is a small rural locality in the Rural City of Swan Hill in western Victoria, situated near the town of Robinvale on the Murray River floodplain. The open agricultural landscape supports broadacre cropping and grazing typical of the northern Victorian irrigation and dryland farming belt, with Wemen and Bannerton among the neighbouring localities. The area falls within the broader Mallee region and is characterised by flat terrain, wide skies and the quiet, isolated lifestyle of the Murray River country.
