About Strzelecki (Vic.)
Strzelecki is a rural locality in the foothills of the Strzelecki Ranges in South Gippsland, Victoria, approximately 12 kilometres north-east of Korumburra and around 120 kilometres south-east of Melbourne. Named after the Polish explorer who traversed the region in 1840, the area is characterised by hilly grazing and dairy country within the South Gippsland Shire.
