About Monomak
Monomak is a sparsely populated rural locality in Wellington Shire in the Gippsland region of Victoria, about 164 km east of Melbourne, with farming and grazing as the main land use and no established township. The nearest town is Heyfield, some 19 km away, and the surrounding hills are dotted with campsites and walking trails, including the Mount Hedrick Trail.
