About McKenzie Hill
McKenzie Hill is a semi-rural suburb of Castlemaine in the Shire of Mount Alexander, Victoria, set among rolling hills, eucalypt bushland and granite outcrops in the historic goldfields region. Part of the broader Box-Ironbark landscape, the suburb offers spacious properties within reach of Castlemaine's cafes, schools and the Goldfields Track, and is home to the Castlemaine H80 Bushland Reserve where local Landcare groups undertake habitat restoration.
