About Snug
Snug is a small coastal town on the Channel Highway, about 30 km south of Hobart in Tasmania, on the shore of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel with views across to Bruny Island. Within the Kingborough Council area, it is largely a residential community for people working in Hobart and nearby Kingborough, and it supports a small tourism sector with a caravan park, cafes and a monthly community market.
