About Donovans
Donovans is a locality in the Australian state of South Australia located in the state's south-east on the Glenelg River adjoining the border with the state of Victoria. It is about 403 kilometres (250 miles) south-east of the state capital of Adelaide and 26 kilometres (16 miles) south-east of the centre of the city of Mount Gambier. The name was approved in 1942 by the Nomenclature Committee for a private sub-division in the cadastral unit of the Hundred of Caroline.
