About Bletchley
Bletchley is a quiet rural locality in the northern Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia, within the Alexandrina Council area, situated roughly 8 kilometres east of Strathalbyn. The rolling hills of the hinterland support sheep and cattle grazing, cropping, and mixed farming on land settled from 1853, when early settler David Jones named the locality after his home town in England. Adelaide lies about 55 kilometres to the south-west.
