About Pasadena

Pasadena is an inner southern suburb of Adelaide in the City of Mitcham, South Australia. The suburb was named after Pasadena in California. The Panorama Post Office opened in 1947 and was renamed Pasadena in 1982. Key facilities include the Pasadena Shopping Centre, redeveloped in 2011 with a Foodland supermarket, and the Centennial Park Cemetery. The suburb is home to Springbank Secondary College and Trinity Lutheran Church with its associated aged care facility. Pasadena is bordered by Melrose Park, Daw Park, Colonel Light Gardens, St Marys, Panorama, Bellevue Heights and Eden Hills.
