About Redwood Park

Redwood Park is a residential suburb located approximately 15 kilometres northeast of the Adelaide central business district in South Australia. It falls within the City of Tea Tree Gully local government area. The suburb was established in 1959, based on a private subdivision of section 1591 of the Hundred of Yatala, with its boundaries formalised by agreement between the District Council of Tea Tree Gully, the Postmaster General, and the Nomenclature Committee. Redwood Park is bounded by Golden Grove Road to the west and Grenfell Road to the north, and is adjacent to the suburbs of Surrey Downs, Fairview Park, Modbury Heights, Banksia Park, Ridgehaven, and Tea Tree Gully. The area is primarily residential in character, situated within Adelaide's broader northeastern suburban corridor.
