About Buchfelde
Buchfelde is a locality on the northern outskirts of Gawler in South Australia, about 45 kilometres north of Adelaide. Settled in 1848 by German immigrants, it carries rich heritage from the Schomburgk family and is now being absorbed into Adelaide's northern growth corridor.
