About Oakbank
Oakbank is a town in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, located east of Adelaide within the Adelaide Hills Council area. Founded around 1840 by Scottish brothers, it is at an elevation of 338 metres and is famous for the Oakbank Easter Racing Carnival, home to the Great Eastern Steeplechase.
