About Erindale
Erindale is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, located six kilometres east of the CBD within the City of Burnside. Named by James Cowan in 1889 after his birthplace in Ireland, the suburb was created in 1912 from the Waldrons estate. It is an affluent, leafy residential suburb with high professional employment and homeownership.
