About Palmview
Palmview is a locality in the Sunshine Coast Region of Queensland, on the traditional lands of the Gubbi Gubbi (Kabi) people. Historically an area of logging and farming, it was named and bounded in 1988. The locality is traversed by the Bruce Highway and is home to Aussie World, a family theme park. The area is undergoing suburban transformation through the master-planned Harmony development, delivering thousands of new dwellings and a transit station for the Sunshine Coast Direct Rail project.
